Sharing, lending, or selling your account to another person is a serious breach of these terms. Such actions will result in immediate account closure without any refund.
To be eligible to register and use the 19myr platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
19myr reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.
19myr supports multiple deposit methods including internet bank transfer (IBG/IBFT), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and listed cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on our Deposits page and are subject to change from time to time. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Withdrawals from your 19myr account may be made at any time, subject to the following conditions. First, your account must have successfully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which requires submission of valid identification documents. Second, any active bonus that has been credited must have its wagering requirements fully met before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 3:00 PM on business days will generally be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 3:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes upon approval.

19myr's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the relevant claim.
These liability limits do not affect any user rights protected under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws. Your rights as a consumer remain fully intact.

As a member, you have the right to access, correct, and under certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data. Such requests may be submitted to our support team via live chat.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
